Van Loc Restaurant first opened its doors in August of 1986 a stands as one of the first Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants in the downtown area and has been family run from day one. Our menu consists of nearly 200 recipes that come straight from "Mama." We have something for everyone of the menu from the vegans and vegetarians to the meat and seafood lovers. Vietnamese cuisine consists of a contrast of flavors and textures and is also lighter than Chinese cuisine with their heavy sauces. These qualities make Vietnamese cuisine very distinctive. Here at Van Loc Restaurant we do not consider our patrons as customers but as friends ready to try some of our family's home-style cooking.
